Terms

• If you are not happy with your tag, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase (with a note explaining the problem), and we will replace it, or issue a refund (our choice).
• We have done our best to display tag colors accurately, however, some color variations may occur due to differences in individual monitor settings.
• Please be sure to submit correct engraving information.
  Tags with incorrect engraving will be replaced free of charge only if we are at fault.
• We will not be held responsible for errors in typography or photography.
• We reserve the right to refuse engraving content which we feel is offensive.
• Tags are to be used for intended purposes only.
  We will not be held liable for injury or death sustained by chewing or ingestion of tags by people or animals.
• Medical and Vet Alert information is engraved as provided by the customer.
  We will not be held liable for injury or death resulting from inaccurate or false medical or veterinary information engraved on tags.
• Minor variations in tags and colors may occur due to changes in manufacturing which are beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
• All products and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Not shipping outside the Continental United States.
• Sales tax included in price when applicable.
• Orders are processed and shipped promptly, however, we cannot be held resposible for misrouted, lost, or stolen mail.
• Under normal circumstances, credit card orders received during regular business hours (9 to 5 CST), will be shipped the following business day.
  Orders paid by digital check will not be shipped until funds are deposited.
