• Measures 50 mm wide x 30 mm high.
• Our unique Camouflage Collar Tag eliminates the noise caused by jingling tags!
• This aluminum tag will slide onto a 1" wide, single ply nylon collar, with belt type buckles.
  (It will not slide onto an adjustable style collar with plastic snap buckles.)
• Because the tag slides onto the collar, engraving is available for the front side of the tag only.
• Please type the information that you would like engraved on each line of your tag into the corresponding boxes.
• If you do not need five lines of information engraved on your tag, just leave the extra lines blank.
• Text is engraved in upper case (capital) letters, and is centered and compressed to fit the size of the tag.
• It is not necessary to have a zip code engraved on your pet tag.
• Please remember that more lines, and more letters, will result in smaller engraving.
